With power available, the fan plates got replaced, actuators were mounted and it was off to the races. This was fairly small compared to the Burlington job so I only had four guys total: Gib and a helper from Longhorn Fabrication, Kevin and Rich from Bel-Ton Electric. They worked right along and we made good time.

Here is one of the fans with the new face plate and Inlet Guide Vanes (IGV). The green spots are how I mark the mount and the floor to make sure the drive gets anchored in the right place. The drives will open and close the inlet to change the fan output.

The pressure transmitter above converts pressure to an electrical signal that the computer can read. The junction box is just a place to centrally locate wires before running to the computer.

For temperature, I use an RTD which measures temperature based on the resistance of a calibrated sensor. There is a small transmitter in the head for conversion to an electrical signal for the computer
