I worked across the tracks from this outfit and watched them work on this switcher for a couple months. When it was completed, I walked over to the office, introduced myself and asked if I could take a few "Builders Photos". I got an OK and eventually sent them some enlargements as a thank-you. There is an outside chance that this is formerly
B&O Chicago Terminal (BOCT) #8418. It's hard to find information on it.
