Jones Oil Engines, manufactured in Syracuse, NY.  This picture and brochure were provided by Woody Sins.  It appears to be similar to the Pohl and Bulldog, all of them bear a loose family resemblance to the St. Mary's family of Hvid type oil engines.
The engine appears to be in good condition externally.  Looks like some of the externals might be missing but it's not far from running.  It's on a beautiful skid, I wonder if the owner finished the restoration.  
The brochure below says the rest, click the picture for the full size version.  Made in Syracuse no less, just 75 miles from where I grew up.
